Boiler purchases are final. Boilers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for boilers once purchased, including where you no longer need the item.

Waiver / suitability confirmation: By completing your order Online or In-Store, you agree to waive your rights and confirm that you understand, and have had the opportunity to seek independent advice from your Gas Safe engineer, regarding the suitability of the boiler you are purchasing. You agree that you will not be returning the boiler under any condition. Any boiler found faulty will be repaired by the boiler manufacturer following completed installation.
